Well last summer holidays i trained nearly every day. But this time, I spent a lot of time eating ice cream and visiting mc donalds. So I got heavier and heavier. I am now at a new record. Last year i was about 12 kg lighter! And i trained hard (jeah even the sixpack was noticeable) but now, well I have got a nice pot belly. I am so disappointed of myself, I wanted to train hard but, hmm jeah I got many other things to do! Last summer I had much more time, now i am Working like crazy. Well so i will try to start loosing weight. Today my electronic scale told me i am 80,7kg (it was really shocking for me!) So I am trying to train hard and loose weight again! My target will be 75kg. So first i am stopping to eat sweets and icecream and no mc donalds or pizza anymore! (It will be a hard time at the begining but it is okay after some time). I also try to reduce the amount I am eating, lets see how it works! I will post my weight every week from now on!
